Surface Design Group

The surface design group started when a group of 10 ladies took a Marilyn Clark surface design class through the Brampton Quilters Guild. I'm not a member of the guild but I was lucky enough to have a space in the class. We had such fun that one of the ladies passed around a sheet asking for anyone who would like to do a surface design round robin, to sign the sheet. Well everyone signed the sheet and the real fun started. None of us had ever done anything like this before and at times it was really challenging. The pictures are of the uncompleted blocks. Some of the blocks had 2-4 more people to add techniques to the surface... So this was only a partial reveal. The finished blocks will be revealed October 29th...I can't wait.
